Team India’s retired cricketer Yuvraj Singh showcased his spectacular fielding skills during the International Masters League T20 game against Sri Lanka on Saturday at the D.Y Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. The left-handed batter had timed his jump perfectly to take a catch at long-on to see the back of Lahiru Thirimane.
The dismissal occurred in the eighth over of the innings sent down by left-arm seamer Irfan Pathan and Thirimane tried to clobber it for six. However, it couldn’t evade Yuvraj as he took a spectacular catch at the key moment of the game and Thirimane had to make his way back for 24 off 17 deliveries, laced with a four and a six.
