Dr Agniswar Sarkar, Professionally a Clinical Virologist, following his passion towards travelling and exploring new places and tourist destinations. We had a conversation with him where we came to know about his journey.

A brief introduction about the journey as a travel blogger

I am not part of the travel industry. I’m Dr. Agniswar Sarkar. Professionally a Clinical Virologist. WildSoul Hobbies is my YouTube channel and I am fascinated with the diversity of the world. I might be unrestrained, undisciplined, crazy, or even enthusiastic. This is the time to follow my passion, which I am waiting for. In the first row, Travelling beautiful places around the globe & sharing my own experiences. Apart from that, I do share a variety of culinary skills and exclusive food experiences during my travels. I also share some more interesting scientific knowledge related to modern and advanced life sciences in my channel.

How did this journey all start

“They march to their own drum wherever it takes them”- says Psychotherapist Karen R.  I am the one of them and don’t like to live by rules and started following my passion.

Give a brief idea about a few of your memorable trips

India is the most cultural and vibrant country, where you can find a variety of places which are rich in different cultures. After I started my journey on YouTube, I planned to visit some international trips as well as some domestic trips in India. Some of the international destinations I have visited and impressed as a blogger are Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Maldives.

What are the things and main criteria for a travel enthusiast to start his/her own travel vlog

There is an avalanche of travel websites, reviews and agencies out there that can inspire the discerning traveller but also cause a lot of frustration and confusion (“too many choices!”; “is it worth it?”; “will it fit my taste?”). Thus, a travel blogger should be a person, who will share all that information about travel details, based on their own experience of travelling.

Message for all aspiring travel vloggers

Travel blogs should be a reference source for fellow travellers with the same spirit.
